Return and Exchange Policy

At HAIR AFFAIR, we are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our products. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges if the product meets the criteria outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchanges

- The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unmodified condition within 7 days of delivery.
- No refunds will be issued - only exchanges or store credit will be provided.

How to Initiate an Exchange

- To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at +918017182807 or mail to support@hairaffair.co.in. 
- The item must be shipped back to us using a trackable and insured mail service.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns through any other means.

Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched or the delivery process has not begun.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
