At HAIR AFFAIR, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition.
Shipping Timeframes and Processing:
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, and once dispatched, the delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (within India): 3-5 business days via trusted courier partners.
- International Orders: 7-10 business days via trusted courier partners.
- For custom products or special orders, processing may take longer (up to 3-4 weeks), and you will be notified if this is the case.
- For any product that is taking longer than expected, you will be duly notified by our team.
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping across India.
- International shipping fees vary based on destination.
- Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for international shipments will be borne by the customer. Hair Affair is not liable for these charges.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or phone number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the courier's website.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Any delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer. If you realise that the address is incorrect after placing the order, please contact us immediately at +91 8017182807 or mail us at support@hairaffair.co.in. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once the order has been processed.
Domestic Order Returns:
If a domestic order is returned to us due to reasons like customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We do not offer refunds.
If you wish to initiate an exchange, the customer is responsible for bearing the shipping cost to return the product to us. International Orders:
For international shipments, Hair Affair is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Delivered but Not Received:
If the tracking number shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. Hair Affair is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
